Large diameter HDPE pipe and fittings are ideal for various applications and cost-effective.

The processing HDPE solid-wall pipe can faithfully transmit the excellent performance of the HDPE material. It has a set of internationally recognized standards and an evaluation method for long-term service life. 

PE100 RC material adopted crack and concentrated-load resistant make the large size HDPE solid wall piping with better performance for the trenchless installation or installation without sand embedding of piping systems.

This is why HDPE solid-wall pipes are different from other composite pipes.

Per standard ISO4427, there is a 50% pressure derating for fabricated tees made from standard HDPE pipe.

 Injection moulded HDPE tees normally goes up to 630mm with max. PN16 pressure. There is high risk for the bad injection melting lines when injection fittings goes to bigger size.

Smart Joint machine the HDPE tee body from the thick hollow bar based on the structure which is designed and calculated by our Finite Element Analysis. With enough strengthened structure, the tee is non-pressure derating, it guarantees the tee’s long-term performance.
